Booking your drop off slot.

 

Once you've placed your order and received your confirmation email from me, you're welcome to book a drop-off slot to bring your clothing to me in person rather than posting it.

 

Please don't turn up without booking first — the calendar below shows all of my available slots so you can choose a time that's convenient for us both.

 

A few things to keep in mind before you drop off:

- Please wait until you've received your order confirmation email before booking your drop-off slot

- Bring all of the clothing and any add-on items you'd like me to use at the same time

- If you have any special requests or instructions about your items, please let me know at drop-off or drop a note in with your clothing.

Booking your collection slot.

When your keepsake is ready, I'll send you an email letting you know it's time to book your collection slot. Please wait until you receive this email before booking — this means your order is complete, packaged and ready and waiting for you.

 

Use the calendar below to choose a collection time that suits you, and I'll have your finished keepsake ready to hand over.

- Any unused fabric will be returned to you at the same time

- If you'd like to pay by cash on collection rather than online, please let me know in advance so I can arrange this
