Ordering your keepsake is simple.

Choose the keepsake you'd like to order.
Step 2
Place your order online when slots open on the 1st of each month. Add any specific requests to your order notes

Send your clothing using a tracked postal service, or arrange drop off
Step 4
I carefully handcraft your keepsake, to your requirements
Step 5
Your finished keepsake is safely returned ready to treasure forever.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much clothing do I need?
Most memory bears require one to two adult-sized garments or six to eight baby garments, depending on the design. Please check out the product page for more details.
Can I add embroidery?
Yes. Personalised embroidery is available on the paws of most memory bears and keepsakes.
How long will my order take?
My current turnaround time is approximately four weeks from receiving your clothing. Please now this may increase during busy times.
Can you use school uniforms?
Yes. School uniforms are one of my most popular keepsakes and can often incorporate logos, badges and other special details.
Are memory bears suitable as toys?
My keepsakes are created as display items and treasured mementos rather than toys. Memory Bears are not suitable for children under 14.
