How it works - Ordering your Memory Bear

I pour my heart into every piece I make, and to make sure each order receives the time, care and attention it deserves, I work on a monthly order system. A limited number of slots open on the 1st of each month at 10am — and once they're gone, they're gone. This is how I make sure every memory bear, cushion or keepsake I create is made with the love and detail your clothing deserves.

HOW IT WORKS — STEP BY STEP

STEP 1: GRAB YOUR SLOT

 

On the 1st of each month at 10am, a limited number of order slots go live on my website. Slots are available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis — so if you've been thinking about placing an order, make sure you're ready at 10am on the 1st.

 

Slots purchased in one month are made the following month. For example, slots that go live on 1st October at 10am are for bears made throughout November. This gives you the whole of October to get your clothing to me safely, with plenty of time before making begins.

 

 

STEP 2: SEND YOUR CLOTHING

 

Once you've secured your slot, you'll receive an email from me with everything you need to know — including my postal address and instructions for sending your items, or details of how to book a drop-off slot if you'd prefer to bring your clothing to me in person.

 

Please don't send anything before you receive this email, as I want to make sure I'm ready and waiting for your parcel when it arrives.

 

By post:

Pack your items carefully including your name, return address, order number and any other important information I need to know and send them via a tracked postal service so you have peace of mind that they've arrived safely. I'd recommend keeping your proof of postage until your order is complete.

 

By drop-off:

If you're local and would prefer to hand your items over in person, there will be a link in your confirmation email to book in a drop off slot for your clothing.

 

 

STEP 3: I GET TO WORK

 

Once your clothing arrives safely with me, I'll get to work during your making month. I handle every item with the greatest care — your clothing is precious, and I treat it that way from the moment it arrives to the moment it leaves me.

 

I'll be in touch throughout the process with updates and photos so you can see your keepsake taking shape.

 

 

STEP 4: YOUR KEEPSAKE IS POSTED BACK TO YOU.

Once your order is complete, I'll carefully package your finished keepsake and post it back to you via a tracked and insured service. Any unused fabric is always returned to you at the same time — nothing is ever discarded. You will have the option to collect your keepsake in person if you prefer this option.
